	D. Bruce McLeod Position: President, C.E.O. & Director Bruce McLeod is a Mining Engineer with over 20 years experience in all areas of the exploration and mining industry. Mr. McLeod is presently the President & CEO of Tenajon Resources Corp., Executive Chairman & Director of Sherwood Copper Corp.; and Vice-President of International Northair Mines Ltd. and New Dimension Resources Ltd. Mr. McLeod was a founder of Stornoway Diamond Corporation and sits as an independent board member of Full Metal Minerals Ltd., Palmarejo Gold & Silver Corp., and Reunion Gold Corp. Mr. McLeod primarily focuses on project development, strategic planning and financing activities. His professional associations include: Member of the TSX Venture Exchange's Local and National Advisory Boards; President and Director of the Canadian Listed Company Association; membership in the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy, the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia, and the Association of Professional Engineers of B.C. and the Yukon.

	Fred G. Hewett Position: Vice-President & Director Fred Hewett is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the mining industry. He graduated in 1972 from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and has worked his way through many aspects of the mining profession from Mine Geologist, Exploration Manager to Chief Engineer with such companies as, Cassiar Asbestos Corp., Brinco Mining Ltd. and Placer Dome Ltd. Mr. Hewett joined the Northair Group as Exploration Manager in 1981 and currently holds the position of President, CEO and Director of International Northair Mines Ltd. and New Dimension Resoruces Ltd. and is Vice-President and Director of Tenajon Resources Corp. and Troon Ventures Ltd. He is a fellow of the Geological Association of Canada, a life member of the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of British Columbia.

	John E. Robins Position: Director A geologist by training and a prospector at heart, John Robins is a graduate from the University of British Columbia with a degree in geological sciences. With over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration, Mr. Robins has earned a reputation as being an innovative explorer and an astute business man. He is a registered professional geologist in the province of British Columbia and a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada. Mr. Robins is a principal in the Hunter Exploration Group, one of Canada's most successful private mineral exploration firms and an active director of several successful public companies.

	Donald A. McLeod Position: Director Mr. McLeod is the founder and Chairman of the Northair Group of companies. Over his 50 years in the Mining Industry, he worked in every capacity of this profession from prospector and miner to foreman, supervisor and resident manager. During this time he brought three mines into production within the group. Mr. McLeod has developed a strong mine finance and production background with numerous contacts throughout the industry. He has raised in excess of $200 million in exploration, development and production funding and has established an excellent rapport with members of the financial community. Although now retired, Mr. McLeod continues to provide the Northair Group of Companies with his knowledge and wisdom.

	Reginald J. Stranks Position: Director Mr. Stranks has significant financial experience and business exposure. He held several executive positions with the Bank of Montreal prior to 1986 and in the last 20 years has owned and opperated various commercial enterprises. He is presently the owner and President of Gemini Packaging Ltd., a manufacturer of household detergents, cleaning compounds, shampoos and personal care products. Mr. Stranks has been a director of Tenajon Resources Corp. and International Northiar Mines Ltd. since 1986. He is a member of the Vancouver Club and the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club.

	James R. Paterson Position: Director Jim has more than 9 years of investor relations, marketing and corporate development experience with several North American mineral exploration companies and service providers involved with publicly traded companies. His role while working for public companies has been focused on expanding shareholder bases and increasing companies' public profiles. In 2005, Jim became the Director of Marketing for the Discovery Group of Companies. He is also a director of Troon Ventures Ltd.
