| Donald A. McLeod Position: Director Mr. McLeod is the founder and Chairman of the Northair Group of companies. Over his 50 years in the Mining Industry, he worked in every capacity of this profession from prospector and miner to foreman, supervisor and resident manager. During this time he brought three mines into production within the group. Mr. McLeod has developed a strong mine finance and production background with numerous contacts throughout the industry. He has raised in excess of $200 million in exploration, development and production funding and has established an excellent rapport with members of the financial community. Although now retired, Mr. McLeod continues to provide the Northair Group of Companies with his knowledge and wisdom. |
