Tenajon Resources Corp. is a mineral exploration company actively engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of molybdenum properties in North America.

The Company is focused on advancing its molybdenum properties; the Moly Brook Project located on the southern coast of Newfoundland, which hosts an Indicated Resource of 86.8 million tonnes grading of 0.065% Mo and an Inferred Resource of 31.2 million tonnes grading of 0.56% Mo at a cut-off at 0.04% Mo, and the Ajax Project located near Alice Arm BC, which hosts an Inferred Resource of 483.1 million tonnes grading of 0.061% Mo and an Indicated Resource of 69.0 million tonnes grading of 0.065% Mo at a cut-off at 0.04% Mo.

On May 27, 2009, Tenajon announced that it had entered into a Letter Agreement to merge with Creston Moly Corp. by way of a plan of arrangement or other form of business combination (the "Transaction"). Under the Transaction, Creston will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Tenajon in consideration for the issue of Creston shares on the basis of 0.84 share of Creston for each share of Tenajon.
