| D. Bruce McLeod Position: President, C.E.O. & Director Bruce McLeod is a Mining Engineer with over 25 years experience in all areas of the exploration and mining industry. Mr. McLeod is currently the President & CEO of Tenajon Resources Corp. and Troon Ventures Ltd., and sits as an independent board member of Capstone Mining Corp., Full Metal Minerals Ltd., Reunion Gold Corp. He was a founder of Stornoway Diamond Corporation and founder and Executive Chairman of Sherwood Copper Corp., which in 2008 completed a business combination with Capstone Mining Corp. Mr. McLeod primarily focuses on project development, strategic planning and financing activities. His professional associations include; chair of the TSX Venture Exchange's Local Advisory Committee, member of the National Advisory Board, membership in the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy, the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia, and the Association of Professional Engineers of BC. Mr. McLeod is also involved with several non profit groups including sitting as a director of Science World. | |
| Fred G. Hewett Position: Vice-President & Director Fred Hewett is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the mining industry. He graduated in 1972 from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and has worked his way through many aspects of the mining profession from Mine Geologist, Exploration Manager to Chief Engineer with such companies as, Cassiar Asbestos Corp., Brinco Mining Ltd. and Placer Dome Ltd. Mr. Hewett joined the Northair Group as Exploration Manager in 1981 and currently holds the position of President, CEO and Director of International Northair Mines Ltd. and New Dimension Resoruces Ltd. and is Vice-President and Director of Tenajon Resources Corp. He is a fellow of the Geological Association of Canada, a life member of the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of British Columbia. | |
| John E. Robins Position: Director A geologist by training and a prospector at heart, John Robins is a graduate from the University of British Columbia with a degree in geological sciences. With over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration, Mr. Robins has earned a reputation as being an innovative explorer and an astute business man. He is a registered professional geologist in the province of British Columbia and a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada. Mr. Robins is a principal in the Hunter Exploration Group, one of Canada's most successful private mineral exploration firms and an active director of several successful public companies. | |
| Donald A. McLeod Position: Director Mr. McLeod is the founder and Chairman of the Northair Group of companies. Over his 50 years in the Mining Industry, he worked in every capacity of this profession from prospector and miner to foreman, supervisor and resident manager. During this time he brought three mines into production within the group. Mr. McLeod has developed a strong mine finance and production background with numerous contacts throughout the industry. He has raised in excess of $200 million in exploration, development and production funding and has established an excellent rapport with members of the financial community. Although now retired, Mr. McLeod continues to provide the Northair Group of Companies with his knowledge and wisdom. | |
| James R. Paterson Position: Director Jim is currently the President, CEO and Director of Corsa Capital Ltd, and also a director of Kivalliq Energy Corp. He has more than 12 years of corporate development, investor relations and marketing experience with several North American mineral exploration companies and service providers involved with publicly traded companies. | |
| Michael Gunning Position: Director Dr. Gunning is the President and CEO of Triex Minerals Corporation ("Triex"). Dr. Gunning possesses a Ph.D. in Mineral Deposits and Volcanology from the University of Western Ontario and has over 20 years of experience in mineral exploration, regional mapping and geological research. Prior to joining Triex, Dr. Gunning served as the principal Mineral Deposits Research Geologist at the Saskatchewan Geological Survey, where he was responsible for publication and presentation of Exploration and Development overviews for the province. Prior to his departure from the survey, Dr. Gunning managed the Minerals Group within the Strategic Development division of Saskatchewan Industry and Resources ("SIR"), where he successfully proposed, developed and initiated a new Natural Gas from Coal initiative for the province. Prior to joining SIR in 2002, Dr. Gunning was a Senior Project Geologist in Exploration at Teck Cominco, exploring in the Canadian Arctic and South America. Dr. Gunning is extensively published, has been an invited speaker at numerous technical and investor conferences throughout the past ten years, is a past President of the Saskatchewan Geological Society, and is an active member of AME BC's OH&S and Exploration Roundup committees. |
